Payment Plan
Scholarships are subject to board approval. We have a limited Scholarship budget so when possible we encourage families to consider payment plans and the Referee Waiver. Please submit this by the payment due date for the season! Applications received after the payment due date for the season may not be considered.
Scholarship recipients will be expected to fully participate in Club and Team activities. If they do not attend fundraisers and club activities they may not be approved for a scholarship in future seasons.

This form is for players who would like us to waive their season registration fee in return for refereeing 5 matches throughout the season for us.
The referee payment for these 5 games will go towards their season payment. To qualify to do this, the player must be a current referee or will be a certified referee by the time the season starts. Please reach out to president@graysharbor.com with any questions.
