Bio:

Hello, my name is Madelyn Barrera, but everyone calls me Maddie. I am a junior at Elma High Schoo. I have been playing soccer for over ten years. I currently play defensive mid for the Grays Harbor Gulls FC Academy G06. I just completed my third year playing for Elma High School. I have dedicated many hours on developing my skills on handling the ball, my speed and being the best teammate and player I can be. For my upcoming high school varsity team, the goals I set for myself is to be the best role model for incoming freshmen, and to build an atmosphere that is welcoming and inclusive. My love for soccer is motivated by witnessing the success that each of my teammates encounter when we play together as a team. After high school, I plan on attending college to get my medical assistant degree. I hope to play soccer for the college I attend.

Running, shopping, crafts, photography, and traveling to new places I have never visited.
