Bio:

Hello, my name is Kailyn Black. I currently play defense for the Grays Harbor Gulls FC Academy G06, and I just finished up my four-year career playing with Rochester High School. I would love to play at the college level. I have dedicated my time and have been working hard on developing my skills on the ball as well as my speed, and awareness. I enjoy creating from my defensive position. I have developed a highly effective corner kick as well earning my team several goals from assists or scoring from the corner spot. During my time as captain for my high school, I also made it a priority to develop a culture of inclusivity and made sure that each player felt valued as a team member. I am motivated by my love of soccer and the connections to the teammates I've had over the years. After high school, I plan on attending a 4-year college or university to earn a degree in Elementary Education with an endorsement in Middle Level Mathematics. I also hope to play soccer for the college I attend.

Hobbies and Interests:

Camping, traveling, watching the Mariners, Math Tutoring, Baking and Cooking, and of course playing more soccer.
