Coaching/Administration Application

(this will take 10-15 minutes)

Before you apply, you will need to have a few things ready.

You will need:

• Your basic information( Legal Name, DOB, Home Address)
• Qualification information(Certificates, Experience, Licenses held)
• Photo Headshot(Admin and  coaching ID cards are required for our organization)
• Resume/Certificates (Upload of resume or other appropriate documents is advised)
• References (Please only add verifiable references as each will be contacted.)

If you have any special accommodations/equipment needed for standard operation of the desired position, or if you are joining our special needs program. Please use the special notes field at the end to briefly explain so that our team can help you to meet the needs of our players.

Please list appropriate qualifications and experience to the position you are interested in.

Resume, Certificates and "Headshot" attachments

Resumes and Certificates may be an image or .pdf file. 

• Please make sure all text is visible.
• Please crop image so that no background is shown.
• Please title file with its description and your first and last name.

Headshot Photo may be .jpg or .png file

• Submit one color photo, taken in last 6 months.
• Use a clear image of your face. Do not use filters commonly used on social media.
• Have someone else take your photo. No selfies.
• Take off your eyeglasses(non prescription)/hats for your photo.
• Use a white or off-white background without shadows, texture, or lines when possible.
• Please title file with player first and last name
